Area Sales Manager specializing in Home Loan products, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team in facilitating the conversion of Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ultimately resulting in successful loan disbursals. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of loan applications within your designated area.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of Home Loan sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Lead Conversion: Oversee the process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads into field appointments, ensuring a smooth transition throughout the process for both team members and clients.
End-to-End Management: Supervise and coordinate the entire process of converting Home Loan and Mortgage leads into loan disbursals, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Banks and NBFCs within the area, collaborating closely to streamline loan processing and resolve any issues promptly.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market, increase market share, and achieve revenue targets. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and coaching to improve performance and productivity.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitor activity, and stay updated on industry trends.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market insights to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of experience with Bank/ NBFC/ Fintech/ Large DSA in Home Loan/LAP/ Mortgage sales, with proven experience in sales management. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing the Home Loan and Mortgage industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred
